Yes. When logging or updating an incident, change, or problem in PrimeOps, you can search for and attach any asset from your register. The asset's full history, owner, and status are visible inside the ticket — so engineers have context without switching screens.
How does auto-discovery work?+
PrimeOps scans your network using agent-based and agentless methods. Newly discovered devices are added to a pending queue for review before being committed to the register. You control what gets added — we just make sure nothing is invisible.
Does PrimeOps track software licences and SaaS subscriptions?+
